Straightforward pricing
Strategy Session
A 60–90 minute one-on-one session to review your business and map out next steps. Written summary included. Credited toward any package booked within 30 days.
Business Foundation
Entity formation, EIN, operating agreement, business banking setup, and a funding-readiness checklist.
Nonprofit Launch
Incorporation, bylaws, board setup, and 501(c)(3) application support.
Government filing fees (such as state formation fees and IRS application fees) are not included and are billed at cost. Payment is due as stated in your signed service agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Strategy Sessions can be rescheduled or refunded in full if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Packages can be canceled for a full refund within 3 business days of payment if no work has started. After work begins, we refund any portion of the package not yet completed. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to deliver our services. We never sell client information. Payment data is handled by our payment processor and not stored by us.
Terms of Service
Services are delivered under a written agreement signed before work begins. We provide consulting and preparation support; we do not guarantee loan or grant approval.
